This year, 15 Thai companies – including participants in the SMEs Pro-Active Project by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce - joined the exhibition, presenting a variety of Thai products such as seasoning sauces, curry pastes, cooking flours, frozen and ready-to-eat meals, jasmine rice, dried fruits, beverages, and snacks.
The Royal Thai Consulate General extends its appreciation to the Thai Trade Center in New York for supporting Thai entrepreneurs in showcasing their products and promoting the appeal of Thai cuisine in the U.S. market. This trade show also provide the valuable opportunities for Thai entrepreneurs to gain insights of international food industry practices and product innovations, while networking with global players to reinforce Thailand’s soft power through its culinary culture.
