On November 14, 2023, Consul General Somjai Taphaopong paid a courtesy call on Mr. Edward Mermelstein, New York City’s Commissioner for International Affairs, on the occasion of her recent assumption of duties. Both sides enjoyed the exchange of relevant views and information and agreed to enhance cooperation between the Royal Thai Consulate General, including Team Thailand agencies, and the Office.
