On November 28, 2023, Consul General Somjai Taphaopong extended a warm welcome to Mr. Paisan Mahapunnaporn, Chairman of Audit Committee of EGCO Group, along with his team at the Consulate. The Consul General provided a briefing on the roles of the Consulate and Team Thailand agencies in New York as well as advice on investment in the U.S. Representatives of Team Thailand agencies, including Office of Board of Investment, Thai Trade Center, and Bangkok Bank, participated in the exchange of views with the EGCO Group delegation.

 

     On the following day, Consul General Somjai also led the Team Thailand representatives to join the delegation on the study visit at Linden Cogen Facility in New Jersey.
