On 7 February 2023, Consul General Fabio Chinda gave a warm welcome to Mr. Senen T. Mangalile, Consul General of the Philippines, who has recently assumed his duty. Both sides expressed their readiness to continue the cooperation on consular matters and the constructive roles as ASEAN in New York City.
