On 14 March 2023, Consul General Fabio Chinda gave a warm welcome to Mrs. Arunee Hiam, Deputy Director-General, and Mr. Maes Suwantra, Counsellor, Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), on the occasion of their visit to New York to attend the 2023 Development Cooperation Forum (DCF) held at the UN Headquarters.
