On 26 June 2023, Acting Consul General Jiraporn Jiranantakij and Executive Director Ketsuree Vijaranakorn, Thai Trade Center, met with Thai food products manufacturers and exporters participating in the 67th Summer Fancy Food Show organized by the Specialty Food Association (SFA) in New York City from 25 to 27 June 2023. Thousands of importers attend the show each day, making it one of the most famous food shows in the country.

 

     At this event, 22 entrepreneurs showcase premium Thai food products including rice, ready-to-eat foods, organic foods, beverages, sauces, processed fruits, snacks, etc. which attract many U.S. importers. The Department of International Trade Promotion of Thailand and the Thai Trade Center - New York have also provided support to some of the participating SMEs to attend the event in order to promote Thai food products in a wider variety.
