On December 20, 2023, the Royal Thai Consulate General in New York, led by Consul General Somjai Taphaopong, along with officials and staff of the Consulate General, organized a special mobile consular service activity by providing passport application service and consultation on consular matters at the residence of the Consul General.

 

     The activity was initiated for the first time by Consul-General Somjai as a New Year’s gift for the Thai community in New York City, by opening this special round at the residence of the Consul General in the Flushing area with an aim to facilitate the Thai community residing outside the Manhattan area, in addition to the regular services provided at the Consulate General's premises on the same day.
