On 18 January 2023, Consul General Fabio Chinda had a discussion with Phra Athit Laon from Boston Buddha Vararam Temple in Massachusetts, who visited the Consulate along with Phra Gasana Kochaphatn from Buddha Thai Thavorn Vanaram Temple in New York, on recent activities and updated information of Boston Buddha Vararam Temple as well as the well-being of monks and nearby Thai community. On this occasion, the Royal Thai Consulate General also facilitated Phra Athit for the application of his passport.
