On December 25, 2023, Consul General Somjai Taphaopong, accompanied by Consul Athikom Daengpun and Consul Katesuda Thongna, participated in a festive Christmas celebration with the Thai Community at the Chour-Thai Reformed Church of Greater New York.

     On this occasion, Consul General Somjai led everyone in singing the Christmas carol "Joy to the World" and took the opportunity to extend her best wishes to the Thai community and participants present for a merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
