On 21 July 2023, Consul General Somjai Taphaopong participated in the "Thai-licious" in-store promotion event organized by the Thai Trade Center - New York to promote Thai products in the H Mart supermarket chain. The event was chaired by Ms. Arada Fuangtong, Deputy Director-General, Department of International Trade Promotion of Thailand, and attended by Ms. Ketsuree Vijaranakorn, Executive Director of Thai Trade Center.
