On 10 May 2023, Ms. Tammy Ngan, President of Asian American Activity Center, Inc. (AAAC), presented an appreciation plaque to Consul General Fabio Chinda, in appreciation of the Consulate and the Thai community's active participation in "The Charm of Asia: May Extravaganza New York 2023", held on 6-7 May. Also present was Ms. Natthapach Chenkhachornkiat, owner of Betong-Khao Man Gai restaurant and one of the organizers of the Thai booth. It is commendable that the Thai community participation contributed to the success of the event and left visitors with wonderful impressions.
