In welcoming the new year of 2024, Consul General Somjai Taphaopong, together with officials and staff of the Royal Thai Consulate General and Team Thailand agencies, paid respect to the monks from Buddha Thai Thavorn Vanaram Temple, Vajiradhammapadip Temple, and New York Dhammaram Temple, as well as participated in Buddhist merit-making activities on various occasions. The merit-making ceremonies were also held at the premises of the Consul General’s residence and the Consulate General to bring auspiciousness and encouragement to the officials and staff for their continued service.
