On 1 April 2022, Consul General Fabio Chinda exchanged views with Ms. Sutta Saraphum, owner of ‘SD Sauce’, over her products and businesses of Thais in New York.

SD Sauce is a brand of Thai hot sauces, including original, BBQ, and ginger vegan, produced originally in New York since 2015, and available via online stores, Thai food retailers, as well as local supermarkets. The brand is well known for the fresh ingredients, use of no preservatives, and authentic flavors as you can taste in local restaurants in Thailand. Ms. Saraphum developed the recipe and made her own sauces from scratch, making it one of the proud Thai businesses that very well introduce Thai-ness to the American households.

The Royal Thai Consulate General wishes to give our applause to Ms. Saraphum and to all Thai entrepreneurs in the US who have had their businesses started here and have strived through the COVID-19. We wish them all the great success.
