On 17 September 2022, Consul General Fabio Chinda and Mrs. Maneevarong Chinda, his spouse, attended the "Taste of Thailand", the in-store promotion event, at the Great Wall Supermarket in Corona, New York City. It was organized by the Thai Trade Center, under the supervision of Senior Director Ketsuree Vijaranakorn.

The Taste of Thailand promoted Thai quality products through the demonstration of Thai cooking, using ingredients that can be found on the shelves of any Great Wall Supermarkets. Those who participated also had the chance to win the lucky draws apart from enjoying the taste of Thai food. The event drew great attention from the customers of the Great Wall.
