On October 30, 2025, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in New York held a ceremony to pay tribute and sign the book of condolences in remembrance of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother at the Consulate-General.
Ms. Somjai Taphaopong, Consul General of Thailand in New York, delivered a message of tribute and led officials and staff of the Consulate-General, together with representatives from Team Thailand agencies, in paying their respects and signing the book of condolences before Her Majesty’s portrait in deep remembrance of Her Majesty’s boundless grace and benevolence.
The Royal Thai Consulate-General in New York has opened the book of condolences for members of the Thai community and their families in New York and nearby areas within the Consulate’s jurisdiction, as well as for members of the diplomatic corps, to pay tribute and express their condolences from October 27 to 31, 2025, between 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:30–5:00 p.m. The signing has been joined continuously by diplomats, Thai nationals, and their families in heartfelt remembrance of Her Majesty The Queen Mother.
